Hello everyone, how are you all, welcome 

Today i am going to speak about few healthy habit working from home which i myself have adopted recently because was tired of my old unhealthy habit which caused me many problems. Without suitable timetable surely our health suffer along the type of your work . Working from home both has its benefits and losses . One of the advantages of working from home is picking your own functioning hour, however the same can work as a disadvantage since we don't have any pressure of  arriving office on time we become lazy and lack good habit of waking up early below are some of the tips that i have recently adopted and it worked for me.

 Mobile phones  actually drains our brain. It becomes difficult to concentrate when you have phone with you and is also bad for our mental health. Excessive use of mobile phone can cause migraines, mood swings , temper issues , sleep disorder , depression and there is also a possibility of becoming addicted  to the phone . These perspectives cause mental issues and also individuals begin to feel awkward in face to face communication .Cell phones has definitely become one of the important thing in life but we can always limit its uses when not required

Wake yourself on time in the morning

Wake yourself on time in the morning

  Going to the bed at the same time and waking on a similar time is very important if you need to get on a decent sleep timetable and train yourself to get up ahead of schedule.Adhere to the sleep routine  everyday including your days off and your body will in the long run start awakening normally . Attempt to not check your messages when you get up, keep an essential separation from social media and give your mind a more relaxed up start to the day and plus  there are so many things you can do if you wake up early . You can have more time to complete your entire morning breakfast you will get more opportunity to do exercise and warm ups which can make you feel fresh for the day and and it can also make us stress free and so forth

 Try not to be in surge give yourself a fun time to eat your complete breakfast. Working empty stomach can lead to reduce concentration and lower energy levels in the morning It will also lower metabolism ,eat something really healthy every day , eat a well-balanced diet , include fresh fruits and nuts in your diet this will help you to concentrate and keep you fresh and energetic throughout the day . Avoid eating unhealthy snacks at home at the beginning of the day

It's really easy to get your phone or laptop  when you awake up  and end up being stuck to the screen for the rest of the day. it is difficult for many  of us to avoid  a screen for work, so it better having a break in the morning and in between whenever you can. Keep taking breaks whenever you can , go out for a small walk , it is very important to take a fresh air to keep our mind relaxed it is important for both our mental and physical health , socialize more with friends and family and stay connected to the world around you continuous sitting and not moving can cause many problem such as severe back pain which can also cause pain injuries , reduced social skill , bad posture excess body fat around waist , loneliness , it is really bad for our mental health so it is very important to leave out of the house for some time .

I infact starting getting back pains which was one of the motivation that I decided to change my routine. Working from home had made my routine really bad .haha

 Drinking a good amount of water is additionally an unquestionable requirement. Drinking water help us to remove toxins from our body and is very essential for the overall function of the body and it will also help us less tired so it always advisable to keep water bottle with you at the place where you are working  so that it will be easy for you to drink water when it will be available right in front of you

 Exercise 

Exercise

 Exercise is extremely important if you are working from home It is difficult to get time to do exercise when you have so many never- ending things to do exercise always takes a back seat but it should not as it has so many benefits and it should be definitely part of our daily routine. Obviously, we as a whole realize that activity can help you stay thin and healthy . However, there are various other health  benefits associated with the same ,it will help reduce stress which will help you to sleep better and it also keep you away from many disease and also makes your skin glowing . few aerobic exercise will also help us feel good .

Regardless of what your present everyday environment is, there are various approaches to remain  active . Exercise is an incredible stress buster
