Today I am going to write about 16 best self -improvement principles or ideas that has a power to keep you going  and give you a great energy .

Self-improvement basically mean using good life changing habits, qualities to grow and improve as a person .Self -improvement is very important in once life as it make our life so simple and also helps us to save time and help upgrade qualities, move you towards your goals, improve psychological well-being, and even mends relationships. I know it is difficult to control most of the things that is happening but we can always fix things which are under our control, we can in any case work on being our best self , remember it is always now or never . The following are some self - improvement tips that will assist u to make your life easy and smooth.

1. Stay away from negativity

Cut out negative people ,habit or just anything that drains you , if you really want to be happy you have to let go of negativity and toxic people from your life and start replacing those negative things , emotions with people who has a positive impact to your life also do not negative self-talk .When the life gets tough positive thinking and optimism helps us to cope up with stress and anxiety and a lot more positive thinking helps you tackle any problem in life and help reduce stress which in turn help you to sleep better which will furthermore boost you to perform better in life . 

2 .Learn new skills

Learning new skills will excite you. Learn new skills for yourself either online / offline , we have literally every piece of information available with us using internet  and it could be anything public speaking writing , cooking , exercise or literally anything you want this will keep you engaged and will also keep your mind active and will help to get new experiences and build up your knowledge

3.Reading a book

Read a book for at-least  an hour . You can read  any book you like be it frictional , self-help , motivational etc .Reading makes you smarter and keeps you relax and entertain also reading a book before going to bed will help you to sleep better .

4 .Be active for at-least an hour

Be active and it could be anything walking ,cleaning ,cooking . Start exercising in the morning, you can try simple stretches to start your day and always take a stairs and avoid lift whenever you can. 5 .Hydration

You probably knew that this was coming. Staying hydrated has so many health benefits like it helps maintain blood pressure, removes toxins from your body ,keeps you fresh and active and also help you concentrate better . Always start your day drinking water first or drink lemon water first thing in the morning , dehydration may cause problems such as fatigue , headache and skin issues

6. Go out for 20-30 minutes

It is every important to go out to get fresh air and vitamin D every day for 20-30 minutes or more as this will boost energy and keep you fresh and is really good for your mental and physical health

Develop a morning routine that keep you focus every day to achieve progress in life and also develop a good night time routine which will help you sleep better or develop healthy habits if you are working from home  Developing a routine makes you more efficient

Don’t spend money on unnecessary things instead save those money for an emergency or for holiday , trips , Saving some money and managing those expenses  will make you feel more at comfort and will also keep you away from future debts.

Eating healthy means eating well balanced diet which gives you proper nutrients to maintain your health and which make you feel good and have energy

 

13. Don’t compromise your happiness for others

Learn to say no to people for things which you don’t want to do for example . When someone asks you to do something and you don’t want to do learn to say no don’t comprise your happiness for other you should never keep or make yourself uncomfortable in order to make others comfortable

14. Forgive

We all are human and we all make mistakes start forgiving yourself and people for anything but that does not necessarily mean you are okay with what they did to you but you want to be at peace with your own self and you are ready to move ahead in your life . Learn to forgive yourself and people because at the end it will only going to effect you .

Self-comfort or self-care is not selfish that does not mean other people’s self-care or comfort is not significant yet that doesn't mean you need to discomfort yourself with the goal for them to have that .It is alright to need others to be content, yet don't disregard your own necessities to offer it to them.

Developing a skincare routine will help you in so many ways and will keep your skin in a great conditions skin problems such as acne , dark spots , wrinkles dryness , pimples etc will be prevented with proper skin care routine and will also save your money from dermatologist in the future .If you don’t follow any skincare routine start today , start with basics like washing your face with face cleanser twice , applying moisturizer, lip balm, apply sunscreen even when you are not going out in sun , exfoliate your skin twice a week .
