Today i am going to write about basic makeup kit for beginner on budget  that can help beginners or anyone who is just starting up with makeup

The 4th thing  that you will need is the the Loose powder / finishing powder / compact powder 

 this is suitable to people from normal to oily skin . i really like this powder because it helps to set my makeup really well and this powder works well with all the foundation and will also link few other powder that also works well .
